Delivery timescales are working days (Monday – Friday) weekends and public or bank holidays are not included

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR UK CUSTOMERS

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card detailing how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. If you are unable to collect the item, a redelivery or refund can only be processed once the item is received back.
• We are unable to change the delivery address once the item has been despatched.
• All UK parcels can be tracked on the Royal Mail website here.

• Maximum dispatch time is 48 hours.

Please allow an extra 3 working days for deliveries over the UK Bank Holidays 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS DUTIES?

Depending on the value of your order, your zanjoo parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of zanjoo’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

RETURNING GOODS

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return please email us so we can send you postal return address. You will have to cover the cost of returning the item and will not be refunded any postal costs. The garments or items bought must be in condition of purchase and not worn or damaged to receive refund. If an item is lost in the post we will send a claim form, if after the duration has passed, we will be happy to offer a refund of purchase (after 48 days)
