ORDERS

What countries do you ship to? we ship worldwide, this includes the UK, USA, France, Germany, Australia etc. If you don’t see your country at the checkout please select worldwide shipping for delivery. Also please make sure you select the correct shipping option or this will delay your delivery date and we will request you pay the correct fee.

Do you have plus size? At present our largest size is UK 16, but we will have a new range that goes up to UK22.

Do I have to order online? Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe and secure.

How can I pay for my order? We currently accept PayPal payments.

Can I make changes to my order? Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our  team will have already started processing your order!

Can I cancel my order? To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Why are some items sold or out of stock? Our vintage or second-hand items are all unique. So when they’re gone, they really are gone!

What is item locking? Every item we list on Zanjoo is unique – there is literally just the one! So when you add a second-hand item to your basket, we ‘lock’ it there for 60 minutes so you don’t have to rush to the checkout (of course you can still remove the item at any time). Although other users can still see view the product, they will see a message saying it’s locked in to another user’s basket. Item locking prevents the disappointment of having an item you’ve fallen in love with snatched from under your nose, and means you can keep on shopping – just make sure you get to the checkout before your 60 minutes is up! After this time, the item will stay in your basket but it becomes available for other users to buy.

Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges due to the nature of our shop selling one off items, so once gone, its gone.

DELIVERIES

When will I be charged? if your card has been authorised, payment will be taken immediately. You will receive an email confirming your order has been successful.
In the event that your card has not been authorised for payment, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know

I have a discount code. How do I use it in paying for goods? If you’re lucky enough to have a discount code off your order (please check that your code in still valid!) you need to enter your promotional code after you’ve entered your payment details and at the confirmation stage.

RETURNS

Can I amend or cancel my order? Unfortunately we’re unable to change any part of your order once the order has been completed.
